Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. How to return: To initiate a return, simply send us an email at pilatesgripclub@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

 Please note:

 • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

 • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
